Responsibilities:

Present luxury properties on camera with poise and elegance

Deliver scripted and improvised lines naturally and convincingly

Work closely with our production team to ensure visual and narrative consistency

Adapt to various shoot locations and schedules

Requirements:

Prior on-camera experience, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or commercial projects

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong screen presence and a personable demeanor

Professionalism, punctuality, and reliability

Flexible schedule and willingness to travel to different shoot locations if required
